Bike+ is a concept of a “public bike transport system”. We’ve conceived, in a word, a public transport culture in which bike replaces motor.
The rider with his bike is a unit (a passenger) in this system, which would connect with others to constitute a set (a bus). The leader of the set is the driver, and all the units would provide power to drive the set forward by pedaling. We put forward two possible ways to realize the bike connection, while also introduced some existing transport rules into this new system.
We believe this system would be more environmentally friendly, also healthier for commuters by encouraging them to ride more.
